INFORMATION FOR CITIZENS TO USE THE
LAMAR COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY LANDFILL
If you subscribe to the curbside pickup program, you are allowed to bring up 4,000 pounds per year to the landfill at no additional charge. Resident must bring the waste.
Lamar County residents who do not subscribe to the curbside program must present either a driver’s license, utility bill, or other document with your name and Lamar County address.
Landfill hours are M-F 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Gate closes at 12:00 noon on Saturday.
Hours for dump beds and off-loading trailers are M-F 8:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.
Saturday: Dump beds and off-loading trailers must be in by 11:30 A.M.
Please allow enough time to finish unloading by 4:00 P.M. M-F and 12:00 noon on Saturday.
